I am Pranjal (प्राँजल), Data Scientist by profession, ML/NLP researcher by passion, Traveler by choice and Blog writer by enthusiasm.

I am originally from Varanasi (Kashi) but have been staying in Bangalore for few years due to work. I have done by Bachelors and Masters from Indian Institute of Technology(IIT) Kanpur in Computer Science and Engineering


I love enjoying various sports like Cricket, Table Tennis, Badminton, Tennis, Football and F1 but recently Badminton has been my choice. More than sports, I love driving any car but my favorite is my own Baleno which I have driven close to 80,000 KM(as of Sep 2020).

I love trip planning, going for long drives in my Baleno and spending time with family and friends. On weekends, you can find me exploring new Cafes and Restaurants across Bangalore.

I have traveled over 16 countries, stayed in Germany and USA for over 8 months and explored 19 states of India.
My longest road trip has been from Bangalore to Leh and back in which I drove 8,200 KM on my own over a period of 19 days driving in one of the most difficult terrains in India in 2 wheel driven hatchback.


Data Scientist Pranjal….

I have been studying Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing and AI since my 3rd Year in college and published papers as well as patents in the same domain. I enjoy when Data, Mathematics and ML help me solve read world issues and help various businesses flourish by leveraging data science. A wild dream of mine is when Pranjal Data Scientist could help Pranjal Traveler plan his trips without too much manual effort instead leverage AI to guide him 😀

I have seen 7 Wonders of the World(list is controversial though), driven on Highest Motorable road in the world, crossed Hottest Place on the planet, swum in all the 3 major oceans and most salty sea in the world, did Bungee Jumping and Scuba Diving, prayed in all the 4 major teerthas of Hinduism and much more to boast about 😛
